Services

BJJ Battalion provides multiple services to businesses. Our services may include, Martial art classes, Fitness classes, Yoga/ Stretching, etc.

In consideration of the fee paid, the participant understands that there is a risk of personal injury in the course of instruction and, with this knowledge, agrees to assume the risk of any injury and damages to participants during training.

Specifically, the participant agrees to hold harmless BJJ Battalion and all other individuals, organizations, sponsors, promoters, operators, hosts, instructors, associations, schools, owners, officials, directors, employees, and other participants connected with the event from all losses, damages, injuries, causes of actions, claims, or complaints in the event that the participant is damaged or injured in any way during the participation, instruction and/or performance of any exercise or during any activity associated with the event location or during transit to or from the event.

Participant further agrees to strictly obey instructors and observe safety rules.

Because of the physical demands of this instruction, the participant understands that he/she must be in good physical condition to participate in the event. Participant understands that in case of injury, the only medical treatment BJJ Battalion can provide is first aid.

Participant agrees that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of him/her in connection with BJJ Battalion can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows, and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at this time or any other time.

I further acknowledge that BJJ Battalion can not guarantee that I will not become infected with the Coronavirus/Covid-19. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to and/or infected by the Coronavirus/COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself and others, including, but not limited to, club staff, and other club clients and their families.

Payments and Fees

BJJ Battalion charges fees for its services. Our fees and payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of engagement based on your goals. Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are due and payable upon beginning of contract.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials on our website and created as part of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of BJJ Battalion or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or materials on our website or created as part of our services without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality to our clients. We will maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials provided to us by our clients and will not disclose such information or materials to any third party without the client's prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that our website or services will meet your needs or expectations or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our website or the information, content, materials, or products included on our website or created as part of our services.
